I know what you're thinking, "Why does this girl have a page dedicated to cheese? That's so weird." Well, yes, it is weird, but this website is all about getting to know me, and anyone who knows me knows I love cheese. It runs in the family on my mother's side. Both my mom and grandma are also cheese lovers, but I'm definitely the biggest out of all three. You know that saying, "Would you like some coffee with that creamer?" If I had a dollar for every time someone has said the cheese version of that, I'd have enough money to run my own cheese company by now!

Story Time:

Let's go back in time to when I was about 5 or 6 years old. It was family spaghetti night, which is never complete without a shaker of parmesan. My mom had just finished cooking the pot of spaghetti and was letting it sit for a minute while she and my dad went outside to talk. Now picture little me coming out of my bedroom and seeing the dinner table set with a glorious shaker of parmesan in the middle. I, being a huge lover of cheese and a really tall child, reached over the table and decided to take the cap off the parmesan and dump it into my mouth, resulting in my throat being clogged with cheese. If my dad hadn't come in when he did and tipped me upside down to unclog my throat, I would have surely choked to death on my favorite food. This is now my favorite fact to use when playing two truths and a lie because people are astounded that it actually happened.

More Fun Facts About Me & Cheese

Like the title says, I have a few more fun facts about me and cheese. I have actually received twice now, a 50Ib cheese wheel for Christmas. They were both lovely gifts given to me by my grandfather and believe it or not; they barely lasted two weeks in my household. My mom and I would literally eat that cheese for breakfast, lunch and dinner on toast, tortillas, crackers and even just plain. Cheese is truly my one true love, and I am completely okay with that. I've been thinking about taking a trip to Wisconsin just because 1) it's the home of cheese, and 2) I really want one of those cheese hats. The last fun fact I have is that you can usually find an upwards of 5+ different types of cheese in my fridge. By now, this shouldn't be a shock if you have read everything I have wrote up to this point. I will also answer one last question that people usually ask me and the answer is no, I have never been constipated from eating so much cheese.
